So I wrote a post a few months back about how my closet was seriously lacking red pieces of clothing. Well, I can honestly say that over the last few weeks, my collection of red has expanded pretty greatly. I added this red Eileen Fisher top from Nordstrom to my collection while I was in Texas. My Mimi (grandmother) and I went shopping and she is definitely a bad influence on me when it comes to budget. However, having a good pair of black and indigo denim are such staples and never hurt anyone, as well as having the perfect red holiday sweater like this Eileen Fisher one!

Also I am really excited to announce co-hosting my first link up with my favorite gals, Brooke and Erica from Pumps & Push-Ups!

    • Hi Blaire! Thank you for stopping by GSOL :) I absolutely love the name of your blog and have spent some time reading through your posts! I really do love your blue poncho and Christmas tree shoot and I am looking forward to continuing to follow along!

  1. You are such a beautiful, Holiday-ready and Stylish Co-Host. I loved that you co-hosted today Chelsea, at one of my favorite link-ups also. Check out what I linked up. Thanks!

    • Thank you Ada for the support! It was fun getting an opportunity to co-host with Brooke and Erica! They are such wonderful women in the blogging community and I feel so honored to have been a co-host :)

    • You are so right Jen! Literally, love that blanket scarf to the moon and back (okay, maybe that is a little excessive, but really!) and thank you! Red just feels so festive!

    • Thank you Morgan! Are you heading back to CA for the holidays or staying in Charleston? I feel like Charleston has to have SO much holiday spirit, but really, I have no basis to say that other than old southern cities seem like they would be festive! does that make sense haha!?

    • Hi Ashley! Thank you :) I was catching up on Array of Style tonight and I LOVE your sequin leggings outfit with the plaid and pearls! Perfection!

  2. I have a similar scarf, so I always love getting inspiration on how to style it. You’re gorgeous! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. You look great in red. You picked a great piece to add.

    • Thank you Carrie and from the looks of it, you got a blanket scarf from your blogger exchange! How fun! Cant wait to see how you style it!

    • Hi Carylee~

Thank you! I just love how festive red is and adding plaid just made it feel a little over the top festive, but hey, its the holidays right! And for the good of the economy, you could always buy more red before the holidays or after when everything is on super sale!
