The simplicity of summer. A time meant for relaxing, getting outside and remembering what we love about life. I enjoyed these pleasures of summer at Fallen Leaf Lake in Tahoe, CA this past weekend. Although I’m not an avid camper (is a hot shower and running water too much to ask for?), I always make an exception for Tahoe. There’s something so special about Tahoe in the summer. Warm weather, musky woods smells, crystal clear lakes… it’s mesmerizing. These Free People denim cutoffs were my uniform for the weekend. I went with uber simple attire for our trip; light sweaters and cotton tees were just about all I wore. Anybody else have a chance to escape the real world last week?
